The Talent Labs Awards return in 2026 to celebrate the people, teams, and organisations shaping the future of talent. Now in it's 15th year, the Awards recognise work that delivers real impact. Thoughtful strategies. Brave leadership. Innovation that improves experiences for candidates, employees, and teams alike.
The Talent Labs Awards 2026 will culminate in a live celebration on 4th June 2026, at the Grand Connaught Rooms, Covent Garden, bringing the talent community together to recognise outstanding work, meaningful progress and the people behind it.
