Alex has over 20 years recruitment experience, starting her career on the supplier side and moving in-house after just a few years.  Alex led recruitment teams at KPMG and Atos Origin before moving away from professional services to the Media sector where she led recruitment at Sky before moving to News Corporation to build an entirely new pan European recruitment function supporting Fox Film, Dow Jones, News UK and Harper Collins.  In the last few years Alex returned to professional to lead a recruitment transformation programme for KPMG for both Student and Experienced Hires.

Alex is now Head of Talent at DeepMind. DeepMind is the world leader in artificial intelligence research and its application for positive impact. At DeepMind Alex leads a team of recruiters responsible for identifying, attracting and delivering first class talent in a highly technical and competitive field. Alex takes particular pride in coaching other recruiters to help them maximise their potential. She has always been passionate about resourcing and driving standards in our industry.
