Chad Horne is currently the Head of Strategic Resourcing & Workforce Planning at Three, the mobile network operator, where he has worked since 2014. Initially employed as the Head of Resourcing, he quickly implemented a strategic direct sourcing model which transformed the way Three attracted and retained talent, whilst improving the customer experience.

In his current role, he is responsible for ensuring Three has the right talent, in the right place, at the right time. Creating a Strategic Workforce Plan that ensures the business has the right strategy to address the people and capability requirements to achieve its long term strategic goals.

He is passionate about strategic resourcing and driving talent management to enable companies to achieve their goals. Chad has been involved in resourcing, talent and HR for over 15 years and is keen to constantly push the boundaries in enhancing the customer experience and digitalising this approach.

When Chad is not at work, he spends his time looking after his 4 young sons and sharing with them his passion for all things football and Portsmouth FC
