James has over 16 years in global Talent Acquisition and has recently joined McKinsey & Co. where he leads recruitment across the globe for their Shared Services function. Immediately prior to this, James worked at eBay where he looked after the recruiting functions across EMEA and APAC. Previously he was the Global Head of Resourcing at Imperial Tobacco building their Centre of Excellence in Recruitment developing and launching major initiatives including their first global employer value proposition and approach to assessment methodologies.

He has also enjoyed time with Barclays Bank and GlaxoSmithKline in a number of international recruitment positions after he moved from the consulting world of executive search. 

When not at work he spends most of his time looking after his 50kg Old English Sheepdog “Oscar”!
