Lyndsey has spent over 15 years in Resourcing roles and has worked both on agency side and in house for companies including Unilever, JLT, Kelloggs and BP. For the past 4 years Lyndsey has worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Rentalcars.com, the world’s leading car hire platform. Rentalcars.com form part of the Priceline group of companies which is made up of Booking.com, Opentable, Kayak, Agoda and Priceline.com

Lyndsey set up the Talent Acquisition function from scratch at Rentalcars.com and has spent the last few years with a large focus on driving direct hiring with a focus on technology roles and building their employer brand. In addition to this she has led on a number of projects aimed at making Rentalcars,com an employer of choice. Rentalcars.com won the Best Employer website at the RAD Awards in 2015 and are finalists in the Best Technology recruitment team category at the In House recruitment awards.

When she is not working, Lyndsey can be found  at concerts around the country or travelling the world with her backpack whenever she can.
