Peter has returned as Chair of the Judges for this year's FIRM Awards, and also heads up the recruitment advisory practice for RSM in the UK. He has over 14yrs experience in recruitment, for the last 8 years leading international recruitment functions in professional and financial services sectors.

Peter has been a member and contributor to the FIRM from the first year of its operation, serving on the Advisory Board and also speaking and facilitating at the popular FIRM conferences. He has also judged the FIRM Awards since its inception, and last year as Chair and Project Manager on the Awards, introduced new rigour and judging processes designed to make these awards truly "The One to Win".
