Rachel Dalboth has been in resourcing for 18 years, the last 13 of which have been with Unilever. 

Rachel Dalboth In her current role as Global Functional and UK/I Resourcing Manager, she is responsible for leading the functional resourcing agenda globally, managing recruiter capability for just under 100 recruiters across 40+ countries, and leading the UK and Ireland Recruitment Team. 

Amongst other projects, Rachel developed the resourcing lens of Unilever’s broader talent strategy, embedding new ways of working to shift the organisation from a reactive recruitment approach to a strategic resourcing one. She also designed the revamped Leadership on-boarding approach, and developed a global online recruiter capability assessment.

Previously, Rachel was heavily involved in one of HR’s largest outsourcing partnerships back in 2007, when Unilever outsourced many of its HR processes to Accenture. 

She spends her spare time singing in a band, and looking after her young sons (one very new!) who keep her firmly on her toes!
