Ryan is currently Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at Expedia, one of the world’s leading travel companies. The brand portfolio includes leading sites such as, Expedia.com, a full service online travel agency localised in 31 countries, and Hotels.com, the hotel specialist localised in more than 60 countries. In this role, Ryan leads a team that delivers high levels of growth across a geographically dispersed workforce. His current projects include a global ATS implementation, reporting & analytics, EVP & candidate experience. 

Prior to this, Ryan was Director of Talent Acquisition at CEB (formally SHL), an HR services and executive advisory company, where he established the acquisition function. By implementing a direct sourcing model, Ryan delivered cost reductions, increased quality of hire, and improved operational effectiveness following SHL’s merger with PreVisor and more recently the acquisition by CEB.
