Sam is the Head of Resourcing & Employer Brand at House of Fraser and has lead the full transformation of the function including the development of their first Employer Brand. She is also responsible for leading the delivery of all hires across the business.

Sam has 15 years of Recruitment experience encompassing a breadth of roles across varying sectors. These include: Global Retail Resourcing Manager at Vodafone which involved setting the strategic direction and aligning all markets to one consistent Resourcing & Assessment approach; Resourcing Project Manager at The Compass Group, focussing on Employer Brand, ATS Implementation and Channel Management; Barclays Retail, managing all aspects of Resource requirements for Barclays Business via an RPO and Amazon.co.uk as Resourcing Team Leader for UK Corporate.
