Prior to Bupa Hattie has worked across various industries most recently leading Talent at Sodexo where her team last year won best large recruitment team and best leadership development programme having spearheaded a talent acquisition approach delivering over 11,000 offers annually, significantly reduced agency reliance through enhanced internal mobility, and driven £8M in social impact through embedding inclusive recruitment practices aligned to ESG priorities.
